Par rapport \u00e0 l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente, le nombre de tu\u00e9s a donc l\u00e9g\u00e8rement baiss\u00e9, tandis que celui des bless\u00e9s graves a augment\u00e9. RoadCross Suisse se r\u00e9jouit que par cette d\u00e9cision le Parlement ait abandonn\u00e9 les plans initiaux de supprimer compl\u00e9tement de la loi les peines plancher en cas de vitesse excessive. Cette d\u00e9cision responsable et favorable \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re permet \u00e0 RoadCross Suisse de renoncer au r\u00e9f\u00e9rendum dont elle avait fait planer la menace. Pour autant, la loi pr\u00e9voit d\u00e9sormais des exceptions aux peines plancher.
